Purple Gradient Nails
This nail art is great for a special occasion or for just plain fun. :D This technique works for any color also!

Step 1
I didn't take pictures of the steps but I made this picture to explain it. :D
1. Apply a basecoat
2. <-(Like in the top picture) wipe off almost all of the polish on the brush, and paint what's left on it onto the top 2/3 of your nail.
3. Do the same thing again, except paint the top 1/3 with the left over polish. This layer should be a shade darker than the last.
4. And again paint the left over polish on the top 1/6 (half of the last layer) and it should be darker than the last.
5. Finished! Add either a clear topcoat or a sparkly topcoat to complete the look. :D
